Sales Representative

Social Geek is looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales representative to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for promoting our digital marketing services, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating the end-to-end sales process to drive business growth.

৳15,000 – 18,000 / month (based on experience)

Social Geek is a Meta Ads and digital marketing agency based in Dhaka, helping Bangladeshi businesses grow through data-driven ad campaigns, content strategy, and social media management. We work closely with SME entrepreneurs β€” helping them build brands, generate leads, and scale online. We're a lean, results-driven team of marketers, designers, and strategists who believe in doing honest, high-quality work for our clients.

Major Tasks

  • 01Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound communication (calls, emails, visits, and social media).
  • 02Generate qualified leads and maintain an updated CRM/database with accurate client information and sales activities.
  • 03Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing and technology solutions.
  • 04Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to support business development efforts.
  • 05Follow up with prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • 06Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and successful service delivery.
  • 07Collaborate with marketing, creative, and partner teams on campaigns, business initiatives, and client requirements.
  • 08Maintain proper documentation, submit regular sales reports, and actively participate in sales meetings, training, and strategy sessions.

What We Need

  • - Excellent communication skills in both English & Bangla
  • - Comfortable in GSuite Tools and in preparing presentation decks.
  • - A clear understanding of the basics of Digital Marketing, websites, tech tools & solutions,
  • etc.
  • - 1 to 2 years of experience with exposure in a Marketing Agency or IT Sales will be
  • preferred.
  • - Minimum graduation from reputed educational institutions, BBA/MBA in marketing will be
  • preferred.
  • - Primary required soft skills: Sales, Stakeholder management
