We're looking for someone with a strong eye for content and a passion for helping Bangladeshi SME entrepreneurs grow through smart digital marketing. This is a full-time role.

Social Geek is a Meta Ads and digital marketing agency based in Dhaka, helping Bangladeshi businesses grow through data-driven ad campaigns, content strategy, and social media management. We work closely with SME entrepreneurs β€” helping them build brands, generate leads, and scale online. We're a lean, results-driven team of marketers, designers, and strategists who believe in doing honest, high-quality work for our clients.

Major Tasks

  • 01Plan, create, and post content across client and Social Geek's own social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • 02Build and execute monthly content calendars aligned with each client's brand voice and goals
  • 03Write captions, plan content formats (reels, carousels, static posts) and coordinate with the design/editing team
  • 04Track post performance and adjust content strategy based on data (reach, engagement, conversions)
  • 05Stay updated on platform trends (especially Facebook/Instagram algorithm shifts) and bring fresh content ideas to clients
  • 06Coordinate with client teams to understand their brand, offers, and monthly priorities

What We Need

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation (agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong writing skills β€” can adapt tone and voice for different brands
  • Practical understanding of what makes Bangladeshi audiences engage online
  • Comfortable working with designers/editors to bring content ideas to life
  • Good analytical sense β€” can look at post performance and know what's working
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines at once
